1. The KNOTTED Craftsmanship Commitment
At KNOTTED, most of what we create is made exclusively for you — individually embroidered and custom-crafted to order. Because of the bespoke nature of our work, the vast majority of our pieces are final sale. We ask that you review this policy carefully before placing your order.
2. Return Eligibility by Product Type
Our return policy differs depending on the nature of the product you purchased.

| Customized / Embroidered Pieces | Not eligible for return or exchange. All custom-made orders are final sale. |
| Non-Customized Products | Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. |
Note: Custom-embroidered and made-to-order pieces are created exclusively for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
3. Accepted Reasons for Return
For non-customized products, returns are accepted only when the issue originates from our end. The following circumstances qualify:

| Product Damage | The item arrived with a visible defect or damage caused during production or fulfillment. |
| Design Mismatch | The product received differs from what was shown or described in your order a fulfillment or design error on our part. |
| Wrong Size Dispatched | You received a different size from the one you ordered due to an error on our end not a personal fit preference. |
Note: Returns are not accepted for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or sizing issues resulting from an incorrect selection at checkout.
4. Return Conditions
To be accepted, all returned items must meet every condition below without exception. Items that do not comply will not be processed.

| Unworn | The item must not have been worn beyond the initial inspection upon receipt. |
| Unwashed | The item must not have been washed, cleaned, or treated in any way. |
| Original Condition | The item must show no signs of use, alteration, or damage caused after delivery. |
| Return Window | The return request must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted. |
