At KNOTTED, the majority of our pieces are bespoke and made-to-order. Due to the personalized nature of our embroidered apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items. Each piece is uniquely crafted for you. Before finalizing your order, please verify:

  • All dates (Roman numerals) and initials.

  • Thread colors and positioning.

  • Sizing (refer to our technical size guides).

2. Check Your Item Description

3. Damaged or Defective Goods
