Quality takes time. At KNOTTED, we don't believe in fast-fashion shortcuts. Every garment is a bespoke project, individually embroidered to order in our studio. Because we utilize high-density thread-work and archival-grade techniques, please allow a dedicated production window for our artisans to perfect your piece before dispatch.

2. Express Logistics & Speeds

We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. We prioritize our US logistics to ensure your custom bond arrives as fast as possible.

• United States: 5 – 10 Business Days

• International: 1 – 3 Weeks - depends on your location

Note: Delivery windows are estimates and begin once your order has been handcrafted and dispatched from our studio. You will receive an automated tracking number via email the moment your package is in transit.

3. Order Tracking

Transparency is part of the bond. All KNOTTED orders are shipped with full end-to-end tracking. If your tracking information hasn't updated within 5 days of dispatch, please contact our support team.
